We have been using Cedar Lane for over 25 years!! We have had 7 yellow labs and ALL of them LOVED going there...when I drive there my 2 labs are always excited when we pull in the driveway...with playtimes and special treats they are just as happy when I pick them up as they were when I dropped them off!! The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable dog lovers and I feel very confident leaving my best buddies with them. I have recommended them to many of my friends and all have had positive experiences!

We have a 12 year old Pug that boards frequently at Cedar Lane. Pugsley is always happy to run into the office to say Hi ... Because of his age, he requires frequent walks and medication to keep him from getting stiff...There is no charge for the medication he receives twice daily, and the owners are always willing to tailor his extra playtimes to whatever I think he needs for a very reasonable fee. Pugsley can be a fussy eater, and quite often, he will go for a day without eating; It’s just his nature. Peter (owner) will mix up his special blend for fussy eaters (he uses real chicken!) Pugsley usually gets what I call "the spa" treatment (brush and bath) before he comes home. He smells great, and recently they caught an ear infection that I had not noticed. They called me right away so I could make an appointment at the vet. I would not think of bringing my Pugsley anywhere else!

I have a bichon / maltese mix that gets groomed on a fairly regular basis at Cedar Lane. Recently when I was 8 mos pregnant, I opted to go to a different shop that was closer to my home. WHAT A MISTAKE....I will never take my dog anywhere else again! Kali loves to go visit Peter and is happy to run in and greet everyone at the shop. She always looks FABULOUS when I pick her up, and the groomers and Peter rave what a sweet dog she is. The other shop not only charged me more, but told me that my dog was "aggressive, and nasty." When I picked her up she was choppy looking and not even very clean. I know that Cedar Lane would never send a dog home looking like that! I have seen many of the other dogs that are in the grooming shop and they always look great...I am NEVER going to take Kali anywhere else...The Drive is worth it!!
