My elderly Corgi has never liked boarding in the past. Ever. But, we needed to for 3 days, and this kennel was recommended. I was impressed with the owner’s questions: did she need meds, was she used to water being added to the dry food, etc. I’d explained how she had hip issues, and they said that they’d put rubber pads down for her to have proper traction. Impressed with that too. When I picked her up, she was not nervous & unhappy as she’d been in the past at other kennels. She was happy and content as I’d never seen her! Usually, she’d be frantic to leave but this time, she was calm, relaxed…as if SHE’D been on vacation too! I have found the kennel I want for MY dog. I appreciate Cedar Lane.
